If you would like to offer B&B accommodation in your London home, please give me a call. A genuine interest in people is essential. The location is important. The closer you are to the centre of London, the more interest there is likely to be. Your home should be in a pleasant neighbourhood, no more than a 5-10 minute walk from an underground station, or an overground station with fast services to Central London. Guest rooms should have a high standard of decor and comfort. It is not essential to have a guest lounge, but each guest room should have a television and comfortable chairs. Tourists and professionals appreciate a writing desk or table. It is a plus to offer a private or en-suite bathroom. Guests who have travelled on long-haul flights will often want to check in their luggage in the morning. Hope to hear from you.
