To accept London Home-to-Home’s offer of accommodation, please complete our reservations form.
The usual reservation fee is 7 GBP per person per night in Zones 2 and 3, 8 GBP per person per night in central London. The advance fee paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable, though depending on circumstances, consideration may be given to a replacement stay.
In certain cases, full payment, or a percentage thereof, is requested with the reservation. The reservation fee is included in the total cost of your stay and is not an extra charge.
If you would prefer to pay the total cost for your stay in advance, we will add an additional 4% administration charge.
To reserve your room(s), you pay the total reservation fee, stated by us on your e-mailed offer of accommodation, in advance. As stated on your offer of accommodation, the balance is payable to your hosts in cash (sterling only, please) during your stay. We regret that our hosts cannot accept credit cards.
Payment is accepted by:
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. We regret that we cannot accept American Express. Please note that corporate credit cards incur a 2.5% additional processing charge.
