Cancellation policy
The advance fee paid at the time of reservation is non refundable, but in the event of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival, consideration will be given to a replacement booking.

Insurance
You are urged to take out full travel insurance.

Please note that London Home-to-Home acts only as a booking agent between paying guests and hosts. The information provided is based upon circumstances normally in existence in the homes. London Home-to-Home does not itself actually provide the accommodation nor does it own or control in any way those who provide the accommodation. Further, your contract for the accommodation is with the hosts. Should there be a dispute regarding accommodation, the matter must be raised in the first instance, with the hosts during the stay. London Home-to-Home does not accept any responsibility for any matters which arise as a result of events beyond its control. London Home-to-Home reserves the right to transfer the accommodation should it consider this necessary, or where this is not possible, offer a full refund of monies paid and will notify guests of any change as soon as possible. Any dispute arising out of the agreement for provision of accommodation shall be governed by and subject to English law and jurisdiction.
